Who is WavyOS built for?

Any business that runs from Instagram. Food trucks, bakeries, florists, salons, custom-cake makers, nail techs, photographers, event rentals, car rentals — if your customers DM you to order or book, WavyOS turns every DM into a managed order automatically.

What's a Founding Client?

The first 5 clients pay $149/mo instead of $199/mo — locked in for life — and the setup fee is waived entirely. Same software, same support, just a lower rate while we grow together. After 5 spots fill, Starter goes to $199/mo and the setup fee applies.

Are there any transaction fees?

Your monthly plan is the only thing you pay us. There's a 4% service fee on orders to cover payment processing — and you decide who pays it: pass it to the customer at checkout or absorb it into your pricing. Payments land straight in your Stripe account.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Cancel anytime. Your customer data and order history are yours — we'll export to CSV on request.

How long until I'm taking real orders?

Most clients are live within 48 hours. Storefront up same day; DM assistant trained on your business the same week.

Do I need technical experience?

None. We build and configure everything. You review and approve. Your operator portal is a phone-first dashboard you'll learn in 10 minutes.

What does the $400 setup fee cover?

The one-time setup fee covers three things bundled together: (1) state LLC filing fees — for example, Virginia is ~$100; we cover all states with filing fees up to $100; (2) a registered agent for year one (~$99/yr value) — this keeps your home address off public state records so you're not getting mail at your house from the state; and (3) SMS/10DLC carrier registration + number provisioning. After year one, the registered agent renews at ~$99/yr directly between you and the agent — we'll remind you and recommend an affordable option. This is a business service we provide on your behalf, not legal advice.

How does the SMS number work?

We provision a dedicated business number through Telnyx and register it for 10DLC business messaging on your behalf. Customers text that number to order; your assistant answers 24/7 based on your business rules. Note: SMS texting requires a registered business with an EIN — a US carrier requirement for A2P 10DLC business messaging. On Pro, we handle this end-to-end: we file your LLC and register your SMS number so you're live on day one. If you already have an LLC, setup is even faster.

How seriously do you take security?

Very. All payments run through Stripe — we never store card details. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and every business's data is isolated from every other business's — there's no cross-tenant access, by design, not by convention. We conduct regular security audits and monitor for anomalous access. We don't sell customer data — ever.
